Auckland: St Patrick's Cathedral
Prayers for all affected by the mining tragedy on the West Coast will be taking place each day as the St Patrick's Cathedral is open daylight hours for people who would like to stop by to say a prayer or light a candle.

Dunedin: St Joseph's Cathedral
A Memorial Mass for the Miners will be celebrated by Bishop Colin Campbell at the Cathedral.

Palmerston North: The Holy Spirit Cathedral
A Memorial Mass for the Miners will be held at the Cathedral.
When: Wednesday 1 December, 12.05pm

Wellington: Sacred Heart Cathedral
A Memorial Mass will be held for all those affected by the tragedy. Prayers will be said for the 29 miners who died, their families, the mining community and the West Coast people.
