Leaflet encourages Catholics to integrate prayer into lives

As part of encouraging people to integrate prayer into their lives, New Zealand’s Catholic Bishops have distributed leaflets around the country with prayers for different times of the day.

The leaflet is a follow-up to the booklet “Prayer in the Busyness of Life”, which was published by the New Zealand Catholic Bishops Conference last year and proved so popular extra copies were printed.

The bishops acknowledge that face-paced 21st century life can make it difficult to find time for prayer and have produced the latest leaflet to provide a simple means of praying during the day.

The leaflets will be arriving in dioceses this week and distributed to parishes.
