Head of Caritas Internationalis to give talk in Wellington

Tonight the Secretary General of humanitarian network Caritas Internationalis will offer insights into human development in the light of Catholic social teaching and globalisation.

Lesley-Anne Knight will deliver her talk “Fighting Poverty: Authentic human development in a globalised world” at 5.30pm in Connolly Hall, Guildford Terrace, Wellington.

With more than 25 years of international development experience, she oversees one of the world’s largest humanitarian networks - 164 Catholic aid, development and social justice agencies in 200+ countries.
Lesley-Anne is visiting Wellington as a guest of Caritas Aotearoa New Zealand.
